All rates are subject to state/local tax of 12%. Rentals are subject to a cleaning fee. Castaways rents for 3 days or longer.
Accepted Forms of Payment: Castaways prefers personal checks but will accept cash, money orders, travelers checks, Discover, VISA, and Master Card.
Monthly rentals must pay by check; both deposit and final payment – credit cards not accepted.
Damage Insurance: Tenant has the option to pay a $29 damage insurance fee or in Tenant’s choice mail to CCI a $3000 personal check with signed rental agreement. If Tenant elects to provide the security check it will be deposited by CCI into an escrow account and will be refunded in about 3 weeks after departure in the form of a check to Tenant if no damages are done to condo.
For New York / Hawaii Residents: The damage insurance fee is not available at this point. Instead, tenant is required to pay a $500 security deposit.
Cancellations: Written notice is required 60 days prior to reservation date. If less than 60 days notice, refunds are conditional to the condo unit being re-rented.
Not Allowed on Property: PETS, RVs, Boats, Trailers, or Jet Skis
Parking: Each Unit is assigned 1 parking space. Unit ID is required to be posted on dashboard.
WIFI: Available in all common areas and in the condo units.
Check-In: After 4pm
Check-Out: Before 10am
Office Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 3:30pm.
NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN CONDO UNITS
and no-smoking property-wide starting September 1, 2018.
