Within 36 business hours, a representative will contact you via phone or email to provide you with a rental agreement that has to be signed.

Deposit Policy
50% reservation deposit (excluding cleaning fee; excluding $29 damage insurance OR excluding $3000 security deposit) required to secure reservation. 50% of total due upon arrival + cleaning fee + $29 damage insurance OR $3000 security deposit.
In lieu of the damage insurance, at the request of the Tenant, Tenant may mail a $3000 personal check to be deposited by CCI in escrow and returned to Tenant if no damages are done to condo.
For New York / Hawaii Residents: The damage insurance is not available at this point. Instead, tenant is required to pay a $500 security deposit.
CCI will hold your reservation for up to a week until CCI receives your payment and the signed rental agreement.
Damage Insurance

Cancellation Policy
Tenant agrees to provide written/letter or email notice of Cancellation by no less than 60 days before check-in, as per date above. Failure to give this written/letter or email 60-day notice for whatever reason will result in the forfeiture of the Tenant’s deposits up to 50% of the rental cost. CCI will make every effort to rebook cancelled reservations and refund the deposits/payments made to the original renter. Refunds are not given for power outages, water outages, AC outages, weather, red tide events, or any other reason EXCEPT mandatory evacuations ordered by a government entity due to hurricane or other events. Refunds are not given due to Tenant’s or spouse’s or family member’s death or health condition unless cancellation is made at least 60 days prior to check in date. Refunds of the unused portion of the stay will be made for a shortened stay due to a power outage, a water outage, or an AC outage lasting longer than 24 hours. CCI reserves the right to move a Tenant to another unit that has power/water/AC. Payments will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of making the reservation if the check-in date is 3 days or more in the future.
