Information

We accept cash, money orders, personal checks, traveler's checks, Visa and Master Card for payments.

All rates subject to 12% Florida Sales and Tourist Tax.

Security deposit of $200 is required with reservation

Security deposit returned within 45 days after departure unless damage occurs

Each additional person up to stated maximum is $8.50 per day (No charge for children under 8 years)

Cancellations -Written notice required 60 days prior to reservation. Refund of deposit is only made provided condominium is rented for same period of time

Management reserves the right to cancel any reservation with a 30 day notice

Check in time: From 2:00pm

Check out time: Before 10:00am
